Laser hair removal is the most sought after laser service and the 4th most popular cosmetic procedure (2014 Plastic & Cosmetic Statistics Report — American Society of Plastic Surgeons). The top 5 Cosmetic Procedures are as follows:
Botox – Botulinum Toxin Type A
Soft tissue filler such as Juvederm and Rystalane
Chemical Peels
Laser Hair Removal
Microdermabrasion
How does laser hair removal work?
Laser hair removal is a semi permanent reduction in unwanted hair growth. Concentrated light generated from the laser is absorbed by pigment destroying the follicle and preventing future hair growth. For best results a series of 4 – 6 treatments 6 weeks apart is optimal and industry standard.
Although laser hair removal won’t eliminate unwanted hair by 100%, it will destroy most hair follicles preventing future growth.
Why is laser hair removal so popular?
Well my friend, I came up with 5 good reasons why laser hair removal is so popular and am sharing them with you.
The initial investment in laser treatments may seem like you are paying more but when compared to the cumulative cost of razors, creams, liquid hair removal, moisturizers and waxing over your lifetime, it costs less.
It is so convenient! Who doesn’t want to wake up with baby smooth, hairless skin everyday? Say goodbye to those expensive razors, cuts and dry legs. Once the hair is gone the maintenance drastically reduces.
There is a significant population group that struggles and battles over unwanted and excessive hair growth.
You will save so much time! Shaving has become part of our daily routine so in addition to all the other beauty rituals that need to completed, we am overwhelmed by the whole process of “getting ready” for the day. Saving time is reason enough to invest in laser hair removal.
It’s no secret that hairless skin is desirable and aesthetically pleasing – attractive. This applies to both men and women. The sweater wearing gentleman shirtless on the beach would look and feel so much better, not to mention feel cooler, with a bare skin back.
One of the dreaded and annoying symptoms of menopause is excessive hair growth. Why not permanently remove your hair before you are battling hormonal changes and menopause symptoms? Additionally, lasers are attracted to dark hair versus lighter hair such as blonde or GRAY. Get the most out of laser hair removal and do it NOW before it turns gray! You’ll have plenty of other symptoms to deal with.
Okay, so I lied. 6 reasons to get laser hair removal. The best reason is “Because you are worth it?”
So what are you waiting for? Optimize your investment and get laser hair removal NOW before summer is here!
If this sounds good to you, schedule an appointment NOW.
This has got to be the main culprit. The absolute worst thing you can do to your face, is sleeping with makeup on. Let’s take a look at the consequences of doing this on a regular basis:
Clogged Pores
Dull and gray complexion
Breakouts, blackheads, acne
Overly dried out or even dehydrated skin
Sabotaging your skin’s natural cycle of regeneration and rejuvenation
Premature aging – wrinkling, sagging
Swollen eyes, dark circles
Increased sebum production, leading to oily skin
I hope the above reasons are enough to convince you that there are NO exceptions to this rule – you have to remove your makeup thoroughly before you go to bed.
It might have been ok once a while when you were in college, but as you get closer to or past your 30s, it’s a big no no.
If you do end up sleeping in your makeup, make sure you change the pillowcase before your next snooze. The impurities and oily residue have transferred onto the pillow from the night before. They could cause clogged pores and breakouts when in contact with your face, especially if you have acne prone or oily skin.
They will also sabotage your nighttime beauty routine efforts come next bedtime.
2.SKIPPING CLEANSING AND TONING
No different than in the morning, your nighttime beauty routine should include cleansing and toning, stat.
Cleansing rids of you of what’s left of your makeup after a long day, along with all the impurities and oily residue that have accumulated on your skin.
It’s important to pay attention to cleansing especially before bedtime. You should remove all traces of makeup and make sure that your skin is clean as a whistle.
Run a cotton pad across your cheek and forehead, if it’s white, you’re good to go.
Having said that, make sure your cleanser doesn’t dry your skin out. Micellar lotions and waters are an excellent solution to nighttime cleansing on point.
They’re very effective at thoroughly removing any dirt and makeup, and they’re also gentle on your skin.
Toning should naturally come after cleansing. When you cleanse, the pH balance of your skin changes. A pH of 5.5 is the sweet spot for the face on your skin, toners helps you get there and prepares your skin for moisturization and regeneration.
Pay attention to the toner you use. Stay away from astringents, no matter what skin type you have. They contain a lot of alcohol which overly dries out your skin – this is not beneficial for any sort of skin.
Acne skin will not benefit from astringents either, it needs gentle moisturization more than anything else. Drying it out is a myth – don’t do it, period.
Milky textured toners with moisturizing properties are a safe bet, they’re delicate and do their job. Make sure your toner is not alcohol based!
3.USING YOUR DAY CREAM
How many of you are doing this right now?
Having a few favorite face creams and using them for both your day and nighttime skin care routine?
Join the club ladies! I always thought that night creams were just a marketing fad, and getting the same cream in a day and night variant was not necessary.
I used to believe that there was no difference between day and night creams, thinking this was only a way for brands to increase women’s spending on face care.
Only when I started working in the beauty industry, I realized that there’s a colossal difference between the two.
Your skin has different needs in the morning vs. nighttime. Let’s take a quick look:
YOUR SKIN’S TOP 3 DAYTIME BEAUTY NEEDS
Protection – from UVA/UVB rays, pollution, stress, bacteria, dirt
Lightweight Moisturization – to replenish the water that your skin has lost during the night
Revitalisation – hormonal changes and imbalance which often affect women, have an impact on skin, causing swollen puffy eyes.
Lack of sleep, stress and poor diet contribute to dark circles, dull complexion and undereye bags.
YOUR SKIN’S TOP 3 NIGHTTIME BEAUTY NEEDS
Nourishment – you will find that night creams are thicker and have rich textures. This is because your skin is much more prone to absorbing nutrients and vital ingredients when you sleep.
Skin enters reparative mode during the night. This is when it regenerates after an entire day of stressors.
Applying a nourishing face cream or leave on mask will make this process more effective, bringing better and more visible results.
Intense Moisturization – your skin loses more water when you snooze. This is why your nighttime skin care routine should involve an intensely moisturizing serum or cream.
It will prevent dehydration, which often leads to increased sebum production and breakouts, as well as feelings of discomfort and even irritation.
Intense Treatment – because the skin is in reparative mode, it’s much more prone to treatment. Choose a skin type appropriate product, with a concentrated dose of vitamin c, retinol, aloe vera, plant based oils like coconut, almond, argan, olive, grapeseed or opt for cocoa butter. They will be absorbed and used much for effectively.
As you can see ladies, there is quite a difference between what your skin needs day to night. Having a day and night cream is therefore essential for an effective and beautifying skin care routine.
4.NOT MOISTURIZING YOUR BODY AFTER A BATH/SHOWER
When I say nighttime skin care routine, I don’t only mean the skin on your face girlfriend!
Your body also needs special care and attention.
Even if you’re using a moisturizing or nourishing body wash, it’s still not providing your body with the essential amount of moisture that it actually needs. Why?
Unless you’re using emollient or oil based body wash (in which case you should moisturize post shower anyway), your shower lotion most probably contains soap and SLS, which both contribute to that rich lather you love and enjoy.
Unfortunately, they also contribute to drying out your skin.
I don’t know about you, but I get that uncomfortable, tight, irritable feeling on my skin if I don’t moisturize after a shower or bath. Even if you don’t, try rubbing your skin gently an hour after a shower sans moisturization.
Chances are, it won’t feel super soft, supple and smooth.
It might feel rough, especially on your knees and elbows. Around your 30s, skin has a tougher time maintaining a right water balance. Whatever your skin type, your body will benefit from a surge of moisture and nutrients post shower.
THE LOW DOWN ON BODY CARE PRODUCTS
There are so many types and varieties of body care products, it’s confusing and pretty tough to choose the right one for your skin’s needs. Let’s go over the basic ones:
Body Butter – by definition rich and thick textured, nourishing and moisturizing. Perfect for dry, dehydrated skin and during fall and winter. Often enriched with plant oils like shea, cocoa, argan and olive.
Body Lotion – light and delicate texture, more milky and easily
absorbed by the skin (or at least it should be!) Perfect for normal/combination skin, as well as the warmer months of spring and summer. You often see varieties targeted at specific problems such as cellulite, aging and sagging, skin tone adjustment, lack of elasticity
Dry Body Oils – have the nourishing and protective qualities of plan based oils, without leaving a greasy film on
your skin like baby oil would for instance. Great for sunburnt skin, dry and dehydrated as well as normal and even sensitive. Most popular varieties contain argan, shea, olive, macadamia, marula, cocoa and jojoba.
In Shower Lotion – by far my favorite recently! You use them like you would a standard body lotion, except you do so right after using body wash, on slightly moist skin, and rinse right after. They leave a soft film on your skin, similar to dry body oil. Nivea has a great line of these, also for dry and sensitive skin.
Body Milk – not as rich and thick as body butter, yet more nurturing and dense than body lotion. Body milk is often infused with plant oils and emollients, leaving a noticeable protective layer on your skin post application. Perfect for sensitive, dry and dehydrated skin.
Most body care products come in packaging pleasing to the eye, and a fragrance to kill for.
Not only do they provide essential care and nurture to your skin, they’re meant to make your beauty care experience enjoyable and relaxing.
If you’re a busy bee and don’t really like smothering cream all over your body, an in shower lotion will do the trick just fine!
5.GOING TO BED DEHYDRATED
I will say this over and over – your skin loses water more dynamically during the nighttime.
That’s why your nighttime skin care routine should definitely involve moisturizing from the inside aka drinking water!
You can use moisturizer by the ton, but if you’re not hydrated properly, your skin will still feel the difference
This goes especially for Wine Wednesdays and post party nights. Alcohol dehydrates your system, having a significant effect on the wellbeing of your skin.
However, wine does have an amazing concentration of antioxidants which are a blessing for your complexion. BUT – you still need to drink that water gal pal!
5 EASY WAYS TO FIX YOUR NIGHTTIME SKIN CARE ROUTINE
Now that we’ve established the big NO NOs that lead to your pretty face looking older than it should, I’ve got a quick and easy solution for all the above.
Take action today, make these small changes, and you’ll be lookin’ younger, fresh and glowing in no time!
1. KEEP MAKEUP REMOVER WIPES IN YOUR BEDSIDE TABLE
A small packet, awaiting for that time when you just don’t have the energy for a full on nighttime skin care routine.
2. KEEP A FACE CLEANSER WITH A PUMP IN THE SHOWER
Use while you shower to both take makeup off and cleanse your skin. You can find 2 in 1 varieties which both cleanse and tone, so you’re done and done!
3. BUY A NIGHT CREAM OR LEAVE ON FACE MASK
Pretty self explanatory. If you’re just NOT going to hop on the night cream train, buy an intensely moisturizing and/or nourishing, leave on face mask and use that. I do that too sometimes, just coz I love the moisture surge it gives my skin.
4. GET AN IN SHOWER LOTION
This has been a lifesaver for me. As much as I love the feel and fragrance of a rich body butter, sometimes I just simply cannot be bothered. There is such a wide variety of great in shower lotions that you won’t have a problem choosing one you love. Alternative? Use baby oil in the shower and rinse. It leaves your skin ultra nourished and soft!
5. KEEP A BOTTLE OF WATER BY YOUR BED
This is pretty much a way of life for me and hubby ATM. Get into bed, take 3 – 4 big gulps. Done!
I really hope that I’ve made it easy for you to upgrade your nighttime skin care routine the easy way, for quick & visible results! The key is keeping it simple and consistent girlfriend!
My name is Abla…I am a 30 year old mother of two children, 4 year old Nelly who is holding on to my right arm as I am typing this because God forbid she does something other than hang around me at home…and 5 month old Zain who is currently taking a nap which I hope will not be a 30 minute ‘catnap’. I wish I had a way of knowing how long his naps are going to be so I can schedule the things I want to do accordingly. It always seems like I choose to nap in his 30 minute ones rather than his 2 hour ones. Oh well.
I got married at the ripe old age of 25, after being with Koofi for 3 years. I won’t get into too much detail about my marriage but let’s just say that I have experienced the 3 year itch…
The Carters are drunk in love. Beyoncé and Jay Z have squashed the breakup rumors once and for all by reportedly renewing their vows. They ‘renewed vows in commitment ceremony’ during her 33rd birthday getaway.
According to People, the superstar couple, who celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary in April, recently renewed their vows.
“They did have major problems,” a source told the magazine. “But they worked it out and they’ve renewed their vows.”
Over the summer, there were rampant rumors that the couple was headed for divorce. While their relationship has had its ups and downs, “they worked it out for [the sake of] their reputations and for [their 2-year-old daughter] Blue Ivy.”
The two were spotted house hunting in Paris over the past month. They’ve toured a villa near the Seine, a home in a gated community known as “Millionaire’s Row,” and a townhouse next to the Elysee Palace.
They shared their love for the City of Light during their “On the Run Tour” last month. “We love Paris,” Jay Z told the audience during the final two shows. “It’s special to us because we got engaged here, and this is where Blue Ivy was conceived.”
The couple recently shared photos from their family trip to the Louvre and Frieze Art Fair, and is reportedly in the studio working on a joint album to be released later this year or in early 2015.
The power couple posed for a photo in front of the Mona Lisa — just them and Mona — and walked around the Louvre all by their lonesome.
Hello lovelies! We all have those moments when we’re looking really good, and we want to show it off in a photo. And as much as we’d like our selfies to seem effortless, the truth is they take a lot of work to get just right! So today, I’ll be sharing some of my favorite tips and tricks for posting that perfect selfie.
1. Find Your Light
When it comes to taking a selfie, the right lighting is key. Ideally, you’ll want to snap the picture in natural light. I’ve found the best method is to turn towards your light source, which usually ends up being a window. This allows the light to reflect on you and illuminate your face, which is always flattering! If you absolutely must take a selfie at night, try using the same concept, but face a lamp instead.
2. Background Check
Before snapping away, make sure you’re aware of what’s going on behind you in the picture. What may not stand out to you, like a pile of clothes on the floor or a dirty mirror, will be more than obvious to anyone else viewing the photo. If you’re not in a place that would make for a pretty backdrop, go for a neutral wall.
3. All About the Angle
To capture your most flattering angle, extend your arm out in front of you and position the camera so it’s a little above eye level. This position eliminates any double chin and makes your eyes look big and bright. Although this is kind of a golden selfie rule, you can always play around with different angles and poses to see what turns out most flattering for you. One of my favorite little secrets is to turn my head to a 3/4 angle to make my face appear more slim and angular.
4. About Face
Unless you’re going for a #nomakeup selfie, the right beauty products can be a great tool in making your selfie stand out. Since a picture is two-dimensional, hair and facial features will appear much more flattened than they do in real life. You can add some dimension back by highlighting and contouring, and also by pumping up the volume on your hair. Photos tend to wash out your features, so I like to apply my makeup a bit more heavy-handed than usual to make sure I have some color. A bright lip color is the perfect way to add some pop to your pic.
5. Edit Away
The right photo-editing apps can make a huge difference in the look of your selfie. Instagram may have the basics, but there are tons of other online programs and apps out there that do so much more. Here are a few of my favorites:
– Photowonder is my absolute go-to for editing selfies. Not only does it have tons of gorgeous filters to choose from, but it also has a whole section of effects to “beautify” your photo. These effects range from a blemish eraser to a “thinify” tool.
– VSCO Cam is a more professional photo editing app with really powerful, easy-to-use tools for brightening a photo, changing the temperature, adding contrast, fading, and a lot more. The app also comes with a collection of unique filters that make your selfie look super artsy.
– Ribbet is an online photo editor that has some of my all-time favorite filters and tools. Their destination-themed filters like Greek Islands and Cairo create an absolutely beautiful effect, and I love their “soften” tool to blur out the background. They also feature loads of touch-up effects like airbrush and shine remover!
– A Beautiful Mess is my go-to when I want to add a graphic element to my photo, like a border or text. The app also has a few pretty filters that are perfect for selfies.
– Squareready is great for those photos that just don’t work as a square. This app will take your horizontal or vertical photos and add a white background to make them fit the standard Instagram shape.
Now that you know all the tips and tricks, get out there and go take that perfect selfie! Instagram us your photos @glowclinics!
Growing up, I was always the girl who looked 5 years younger than everyone else. And I hated it. In high school, no matter how hard I tried to look older, whether I was masking my face with makeup or dressing in all black attire, I clearly wasn’t fooling anyone. My face resembled that of a pre-pubescent 8th grader — rosy cheeks and all. Even when I turned 21, bouncers would tell me I would be carded for the rest of my life. It wasn’t until a few years ago, though, that I finally stopped trying to fake an older face and started to worry about protecting the one I had. By no means had I developed a ton of wrinkles or fine lines (I still look a lot younger than I am), but I definitely could see some differences in my pigmentation. Which of course made me FREAK OUT.
People always tell you how important it is to take care of your skin, but it isn’t until we reach our mid-twenties that we really start to listen. While the skin we have right now may look supple and serene, most everyone agrees it’s in its “glory years,” and if we don’t start caring for it now, it’s going to be all downhill from here. But a lot of us don’t really understand what we should be doing. So many 20-somethings treat their skin as if it was invincible, when the truth is far from it.
In attempts to solve all my new skin-centric woes, I decided to go to the experts to see what they had to say about skincare in our twenties. Board Certified Dermatologist and Co-director of the Washington Institute of Dermatologic Laser Surgery Dr. Elizabeth Tanzi and celebrity facialist Joanna Vargas gave us a list of the most important things we should know when it comes to our skin.
WHEN IT COMES TO SKINCARE, IT’S IMPORTANT TO START YOUNG
It’s never too early to start taking care of your skin. “Imagine someone who never works out and at 44 starts trying to go to the gym. It’s really impossible to get results at that point without a huge effort and months with no change,” said Vargas. “It’s the same with skin. If you keep it healthy with a good routine from a young age you will be ageless.”
DO NOT SLEEP WITH YOUR MAKEUP ON
Here’s yet another reason to drop that bad habit. Not only will it be harder to break later in life, Vargas said, “Sleeping with makeup on decreases the body’s ability to repair itself.”
GOOD GENES CAN HELP, BUT ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS ARE MORE IMPORTANT
While your family may have good genes, it may not save your skin in the long run if you don’t take care of it. “The way the skin ages depends a lot on genetics, but especially environmental factors such as excessive sun exposure and smoking,” said Dr. Tanzi. Vargas agreed, saying, “If a 20-year-old is tanning and smoking, she will age sooner and faster than a 30-year-old who takes better care of her skin.” We have more control over our bodies than we think.
IT’S HIGHLY IMPORTANT TO WEAR SPF EVERY SINGLE DAY. SERIOUSLY. DO IT.
“It is most important to wear the SPF daily because sun damage is cumulative,” said Dr. Tanzi. If you forget to wear sunscreen one day, it doesn’t mean you can repair it by wearing it the next. The damage has already been done. “The sun you get from daily activities in our 20s will affect the skin for years to come.”
A THREE-STEP MORNING AND BEDTIME ROUTINE IS KEY
Dr. Tanzi recommends maintaing a simple, but effective morning and bedtime routine to ensure you’re doing everything you can to take care of your skin. Step 1: Cleanse. Step 2: Treat — with an antioxidant in the morning and either retinol or glycolic acid at night. Step 3: Protect — Moisturize with SPF in the morning and a basic moisturizer at night.
DON’T FORGET TO EXFOLIATE
In addition to the above daily routine, Joanna Vargas suggests exfoliating your face twice a week. This will help remove any dead skin cells and keep your face smooth and shiny.
AVOID TOO MUCH SUN ON YOUR FACE, EVEN IF YOU APPLIED THAT SPF
Dr. Tanzi says the number one rule when it comes to skincare is “Avoid too much sun on your face.” A tan may look good now, but the sun “will rob you of youthful skin in the future.” Tanzi suggests skipping the beach or the tanning salon and using a sunless tanner instead. “In your twenties, the most important thing is to protect the skin by not subjecting it to excessive sun exposure and tanning salons. Over one million people visit a tanning salon in the US on a daily basis; the vast majority being Caucasian women under 35. Many of them are trying to “get a base tan” but they are increasing their risk of skin cancer dramatically, accelerating the aging process and causing wrinkles. So just don’t do it.”
WHAT YOU EAT AND DRINK AFFECTS YOUR SKIN
Skincare doesn’t just end at SPF and moisturizer. What you drink and eat has a lot to do with it, too. “Skin and diet are linked, so the better you eat, the better your skin will look,” says Vargas. “Drink green juices daily instead of an afternoon coffee. Your skin will look great and you will have more energy.”

LPG
Is it really effective? Is it scientifically proven?
LPG’s techniques have been used for many years by plastic surgeons, dermatologists, doctors, physical therapists, institutes, and spas through out the world.
Their efficacy has been proven by several clinical and scientific studies. The main study, coordinated by Professor Lafontan (INSERM, Toulouse), demonstrates that the latest generation of CELLU M6 motorized rolls, activates lipolysis, by stimulating fat cells via their ß receptors.
Other than the general total body health care, LPG has several programs that are specific to particular needs. For example; double chin, dull face look, tendency for premature wrinkles, redundant skin, delayed lymphatic/aquaos drainage, etc.
How long does it take to see the results?
You will feel results after the very first use. Treated areas are less compact, less voluminous, and less decongested. Your skin is smoother and softer.
After several sessions, the results are intensified: your orange-peel skin is smoother, and your figure is reshaped and toned!
Does it hurt?
Although it is intense, a good LIPOMASSAGE should never hurt! Instead, during and after the session, you have a true sense of well-being. If the session is painful, the setting is not adequate. Do not hesitate to speak with your practitioner.
Do I need to follow a diet along with my LIPOMASSAGE sessions?
It all depends on your weight and your beauty goals! All sorts of diets can help you to lose weight, but rarely where you want to. In addition, cellulite is usually unaffected by even the strictest diets. LIPOMASSAGE specifically targets these stubborn areas. Ideally, your LIPOMASSAGE program will be paired with a balanced diet and regular physical exercise.
What happens to the released fat?
Sugars and fats are stored by adipocytes in fat tissue. During a LIPOMASSAGE session, the LPG rolls stimulate the lipolysis and activates the fat release. They are thus transformed into a source of energy for the muscles. Therefore, LPG session must be followed by exercise.
Why be active after a LIPOMASSAGE session?
Obviously, being active is recommended for good health – but it also enhances the session results. When you are active after a CELLU M6 treatment, the fat that has been released during your session is quickly burned off by your body’s elevated metabolism.
Do the results last?
Results appear quickly and last. After a program, one session per month is generally sufficient to maintain the effects of the LIPOMASSAGE.
Before and After
CAVITATION LIPOLYSIS
What is cavitation?
The cavitation is a technique for removing localized fat that hardly responds to diet and physical activity.
This treatment involves applying a low-frequency ultrasound in the adipose tissue, thereby forming mini small bubbles breaking down the adipocyte membrane and allowing the release of the same. This fat is easily removed via the lymphatic system.
In High Aesthetic Clinic treatment Cavitation is accompanied by acupressure sessions to increase effectiveness.
Pressure therapy is a technique to stimulate blood circulation and remove liquids. i.e. acupressure manages to activate the return circulation (venous and lymphatic), stimulating the reabsorption of interstitial fluids and the drainage of these fluids towards organic filters.
How does cavitation work?
The advanced technology of cavitation enables the concentration of energy at precise depth in the tissue, which enables the selective dispersion of fat cells under the skin. The surface of the skin, the veins, the nerves and the muscles remain untouched.
The fat out of the dispersed fat cells flows out in the form of triglycerides into the intercellular fluid, where it decomposes under the influence of enzymes into glycerol and simple fatty acids. The water soluble glycerol enters the circulation and is spent for production of new energy, the insoluble simple fatty acids then travel into the liver, where they are decomposed like any other simple fatty acid, including those consumed from food. On which parts of body does cavitation work on? How is cavitation executed? With cavitation procedure we remove fat deposits and cellulite, which have accumulated on the BELLY, BUTTOCKS, THIGHS, HIPS AND THE UPPER ARMS.
What do you get with the treatment of cavitation?
Reducing volume and cellulite in the treated area.
It is very important to follow the following recommendations for the treatment of cavitation for best results:
Moderate physical exercise at least 3 times per week.
Balanced diet, avoid eating fats and sugars.
Drink 2 liters of water a day.
Using cellulite creams regularly and / or firming (twice daily).
Avoid drinking alcohol, snuff and exciting substances.
It is advisable to follow the recommendations and respect the timing of treatment.
Who should make use of cavitation?
Cavitation is meant for men and women who face problems of localized accumulated fat deposits or of cellulite.
We offer you this unique, revolutionary and tested method of fat burning and body firming. Nowadays the shortage of time and exercise as well as inappropriate nutrition, rapidly increase the number of overweight people.
Stern diet, strong will and hard work in the gym can contribute to weight reduction, yet they usually do NOT remove the inveterate fat cushions on one’s belly, hips and thighs. Finally, this is the hope for men and women who refuse invasive procedures and their potential risks. The cavitation procedure is a painless revolutionary service which does not affect the surrounding tissues and has no side effects.
Duration and number of sessions cavitation:
The approximate cavitation sessions is 40 min.
As for the number of sessions, you should carry between 6 and 10 sessions (depending on the patient) to complete the treatment, but will always be the specialist, after medical assessment, which will determine how many sessions are needed cavitation in each case.
